We will contact you within five weeks. If it takes longer, you will be notified by phone, email or letter. Children who contact us are given priority. We will do everything we can to help you as soon as possible.

What can you do yourself? 


Do you have a complaint about a government organisation or another organisation regarding children's rights? Then report your complaint to them first. If you disagree with the organisation's response, you can send their response to us. We can then process your complaint.
